The Claim Desk is an independent publisher, published by Chi Publishers. We list the official United States government searches for money being held in your name. Every search is free. We charge nothing and take no percentage of anything you find.
What we publish

- A weekly list, every Tuesday, of refund programmes, settlements and recalls with money attached that are open right now, each with its official source and deadline.
- The Unclaimed Money Handbook: the nine searches, every state office with its current official page, and the paperwork agencies ask for. Buyers get new editions at no extra cost.
- Straight answers, one page per question people ask.

Our headline figures come from NAUPA, the association of state unclaimed property administrators. Each answer page names its official source.
